Ensure compliance with New Jersey Department of Health, state, federal, and CMS regulations. Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule dietary team members. Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to develop menus, including therapeutic and special diets. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and infection control. Manage food inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and departmental budgets. Partner with the Recreation Department to coordinate monthly Resident Food Committee meetings and enhance the dining experience. Maintain survey readiness through accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of food service management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with therapeutic diets and healthcare food service is preferred. Why Join Our Team?
