Pay Frequency:

Bi-weekly We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance at a sports training center in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In this role, you will lead the night cleaning crew, ensure high standards of cleanliness, communicate effectively with team members and facility management, and make sure all cleaning instructions and requirements are followed. A key daily responsibility is submitting comprehensive photo and video reports of the facility after completing the service. Responsibilities Supervise cleaning operations and crew performance at the sports training center. Ensure all cleaning procedures and instructions are properly followed. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and facility management. Coordinate with facility management to ensure all specific requirements and instructions are completed. Inspect the facility after each shift and submit daily photo and video reports. Address operational issues promptly to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment. Ensure the cleaning crew follows all operational guidelines and facility requirements. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to follow operational guidelines and instructions precisely. Ability to coordinate effectively with facility management. Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and lead a night cleaning crew.
