Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity Perform food preparation or service tasks Use point of sale cash register system Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have Take customer orders and assemble the orders Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory Notifying staff of any food orders or food shortages We are New Jersey's #1 Acai shop! Starting in 2014, our co-founders Rob and Abby began selling Acai bowls on a cart on the boardwalk in Belmar, NJ. Since then, Playa Bowls has reached out to all areas of New Jersey. We make everything in house, from the frozen bases down to prepping our own fresh fruit!
