Benefits for Full-Time Employees Include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Benefits for All Employees Full-Time and Part-Time Include Employee Discounts Growth and Advancement Opportunities Sick Pay What You Will Do As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will: Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations Lead and support food and beverage team members during each shift Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service Train, coach, and develop team members on service standards and procedures Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards Assist with inventory management and control food and beverage costs Help manage staffing levels and employee schedules based on business needs Address guest concerns and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership to support successful operations Assist with special events, banquets, and other food and beverage functions as needed Help identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue What We Are Looking For We are seeking team members who are: Caring, compassionate, and respectful Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communicators with effective leadership skills Organized and detail-oriented Guest-focused and committed to providing exceptional service Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive and professional in all interactions Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred Physical Requirements and Essential Job Functions This is an active hospitality position.
