Red Hawk Golf and Resort , located in Sparks, NV , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Restaurant Supervisor ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Assists with daily supervision of restaurant operations Supports daily restaurant activities, including serving tables, bussing, seating guests, and cashier duties as needed Helps lead and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff Conducts and assists with pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu updates, events, and service expectations Ensures the restaurant remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times Helps maintain high service standards and overall guest satisfaction Assists with inventory, cost controls, and closing procedures Follows all applicable health, safety, alcohol beverage, and local and state regulations Practices and promotes safe work habits Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and the Restaurant Manager Minimum one year of Food and Beverage experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Gaming environment experience is a plus Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality Ability to lead by example and provide positive direction to staff Strong communication and guest service skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws preferred Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and active floor supervision Regular use of hands and arms for reaching and carrying items Occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak golf and holiday seasons Regular and reliable attendance is required Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
