As a Shift Supervisor with Securitas, you will lead a team of security officers to protect people, property, and assets across client sites. You will coordinate daily post assignments, monitor access control and patrol activity, and ensure officers follow all safety and security procedures. The role includes responding to incidents, preparing accurate reports, and serving as the primary on-shift contact for clients and site management. You will coach and mentor officers, support training and compliance, and model Securitas' values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while delivering professional, customer-focused service.
