Operate

POINT OF SALE

(POS) system of INFOR for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy. Lead by example in maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment. Assist with food service customer order management, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring timely delivery. Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Support team members during busy hours by coordinating tasks such as food prep, order assembly, and customer service. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Excellent customer service skills combined with time management abilities help ensure guests have a positive experience from start to finish.

Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; experience in food industry roles such as cashiering or serving is a plus. Familiarity with

(POS) system of INFOR enhances efficiency in order processing and sales transactions. Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, sanitation, and food safety management are essential for maintaining quality standards. Good math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with operating kitchen equipment and supporting culinary tasks is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
