Duties Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages with precision and enthusiasm, including coffee, baked goods, and breakfast items. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately while delivering friendly customer service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures are followed. Supervise shift operations by coordinating team activities, managing staff schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow during busy hours. Train new team members on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, safety protocols, and POS usage to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Uphold food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness, adhering to health regulations, and conducting regular kitchen inspections. Handle cash responsibly by performing cash handling duties accurately and balancing registers at shift end. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred; experience in casual dining or hospitality management is a plus. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with skills in staff training and development. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proven leadership qualities with experience in shift management or restaurant operations supervision.
