What will you do? Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting More about you Previous experience leading and managing a team Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Shift details Every weekend
