Our menu is simple yet allows for a touch of creativity and freedom to innovate! The kitchen is relaxed, without open flames, grills, or fryers. While we do require some prior food handling experience, it doesn't need to be extensive! Availability and Responsibilities Our shop operates Monday through Saturday; with the option for some flexibility throughout the week. Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 a.m., with the option to start earlier for any necessary prep work. The position offers 25-35 hours per week. We value teamwork, so the ability to collaborate closely with fellow staff and a willingness to be trained on the register and coffee preparation is important. Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive wages, starting at $17 per hour plus tips. Tips typically add an extra $3-$6 per hour , resulting in a gross wage of $20-$23 (possible higher per hour starting wage, based on experience) .
