• Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Bar Supervisor to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that our guests receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded, and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar. • What will you do?
• + Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days + Ensure that team members follow all company policies + Observe, evaluate, and document job performance of team members + Order and maintain product inventory + Complete daily sales reports and reconciliation + Assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
• More about you
• + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position + Previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + No college degree required
• Physical requirements
• + Frequent walking; constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions + Able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds + May be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season
