Oversee the use of POS systems for accurate order processing and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality control. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement. Skills Proven experience in bartending or supervising within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of POS systems and their functionalities. Familiarity with fine dining restaurant operations. Background in food production and preparation techniques. Experience in training development for new employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
