As a Shift Leader, you'll play an important role in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment for your team.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise restaurant shifts

Support and motivate crew members to achieve strong performance

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns

Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new employees

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are followed

Help manage shift productivity and operational efficiency

Support opening and closing procedures

Work closely with restaurant management to achieve sales and operational goals

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience

2+ years of leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred

High school diploma or GED preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
