Position Overview The Shift Supervisor Trainee (SST) participates in a structured training program designed to develop future store leaders. This role focuses on mastering Luckin's operational standards, customer experience, and team leadership fundamentals while obtaining required certifications within 45 days of hire. Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured learning program and obtain required Luckin Standard Operation (LSO) Certificates within 45 days of your onboarding date. Learn and practice essential operational functions, including: o Preparing beverages and food with consistency and care using smart equipment o Maintaining store cleanliness and organization o Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism o Supporting the team in creating a smooth, efficient, and positive work atmosphere Use systems to track and analyze key KPIs such as: o Raw Material Loss Rate o Hourly Cup Volume & Average Production Time o Store Food Safety Audit Score & Microbial Inspection Compliance o Customer Satisfaction (App & In-Store Feedback) o Operational Notice Completion Rate Practice compliance checks and participate in daily audits for safety, labor, and food handling laws. Learn and model Luckin Coffee's hospitality principles to create a seamless and high quality customer experience. Respond to customer feedback, practice service recovery techniques, and develop skills in managing guest complaints. Support customer satisfaction management and contribute to achieving store satisfaction standards. Training & Certification Requirements All Shift Supervisor Trainees are required to have a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate. Complete the full curriculum and pass all training checkpoints to obtain
LSO 100 & LSO 200
Certifications within 45 days of hire. Failure to complete these certifications within the required timeframe may result in re-evaluation or termination of employment. Availability & Location Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours per week), including morning, evening, and a weekend shift. Must be able to reliably commute to work within the NYC/Manhattan area (we are hiring for multiple locations)
Pay:
$20.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
