Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in New York Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and counseling Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptability to thrive in new environments
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and develop recommendations for students' academic and behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative services to students, supporting their emotional and academic growth Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and crisis interventions as needed Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
