Job Summary Join our team as a Bistro Supervisor and lead the heart of our hotel's dining experience. You will oversee daily operations at The Bistro, our signature fast-casual restaurant concept. This role combines team leadership, guest relations, and hands-on hospitality execution.

Core Responsibilities Lead Operations:

Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift checklists.

Team Leadership:

Train, mentor, and schedule Bistro team members to maintain high service standards.

Hands-on Service:

Prepare specialty coffee drinks, mix cocktails, and assist with food preparation during peak hours.

Inventory Control:

Order supplies, manage food costs, and track weekly inventory levels.

Guest Relations:

Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, bar, cafe, or hospitality experience required.

Leadership:

Prior supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.

Certifications:

Food Handler and alcohol service certifications (e.g., SERVSAFE, TIPS) required upon hire.

Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years of age or older to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Stamina:
