Closing Manager Looking for a dependable, hardworking Closing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on management position for someone who takes pride in keeping a restaurant running smoothly, maintaining high standards, and making sure the team finishes the day strong. As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the evening team, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring food quality and cleanliness standards are met, and making sure the restaurant is properly prepared for the next day.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the evening team in a positive, professional manner Keep employees focused, productive, and working as a team Monitor customer service, food quality, and order accuracy Work alongside the crew on stations when needed Make sure cleaning and closing tasks are completed correctly and on time Ensure food is properly stored and the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the next day's opening Complete closing procedures, cash handling, and other end-of-day responsibilities Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or issues to management Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Address employee issues and performance concerns appropriately Help train and develop employees Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Communicate important information and issues to the
