As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you play an important leadership role during each shift, helping the team stay organized, supported, and focused on creating great guest experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers to guide the floor, support Team Members, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. This role is about steady leadership, clear communication, and showing up for both your team and your guests. What You'll Do Support the shift by guiding Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in clean surroundings Lead the team on the floor by coaching, encouraging, and helping Team Members build confidence and skills Keep operations running smoothly by following cash controls, completing inventory checks, and receiving deliveries Uphold Tim Hortons standards by leading by example and stepping in where needed to support the team What You'll Bring At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment A people-first attitude with strong communication skills and a supportive approach Confidence motivating others and solving problems during busy shifts A commitment to creating welcoming guest experiences, upholding Tim Hortons standards, and learning new responsibilities Why You'll Love It Here Weekly pay Meal discounts
