Responsibilities Open the store promptly at scheduled times, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked for service Prepare food items according to company standards, including coffee, baked goods, and breakfast offerings Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for cash handling and order processing Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food preparation and handling Train new team members on store procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage shift responsibilities including supervising staff, overseeing food production, and maintaining cleanliness Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred; casual dining or hospitality management experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Strong understanding of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations Proven ability to lead and supervise team members effectively Excellent communication skills with managerial and customer service focus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory management Experience with food safety management, inventory control, and shift management is highly desirable Prior roles in restaurant management, catering, or hotel environments will be considered an asset Join us as a Store Opener and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences!
