Shift Leader Position Summary Fries Fries Fries is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Leader to help lead daily operations at our Destiny USA location. The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting management, leading crew members, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring food quality, and helping create a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts. Ensure the store is properly opened, operated, and closed according to company procedures. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally. Monitor food quality, presentation, portioning, and overall product standards. Ensure all food is prepared safely and according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment. Assign tasks and help employees stay productive throughout their shift. Assist with employee training and coaching. Monitor employee attendance, professionalism, dress code, and performance. Assist with cash handling, register operations, and shift change procedures. Ensure all cleaning and sanitation responsibilities are completed. Communicate operational concerns, staffing issues, safety concerns, or customer complaints to management. Help promote products, upsell menu items, and encourage the use of samples when appropriate. Assist with marketing and social media content when requested. Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Qualifications Previous leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy event periods. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a food-service environment. Ability to follow company policies, food safety procedures, and management direction.
