This location offers a full line of fire sprinkler material supply, state-of-the-art fabrication and stock listing services. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility, located just south of downtown Albany, features a diverse and well-stocked fire protection product inventory, including more than 2,000 unique items to meet your needs. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and V-Groover equipment. Read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to produce parts to specifications. Load materials, change tools, and make machine adjustments as needed. Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues. Cut, assemble, fit, and fabricate components using hand and power tools. Label, package, and palletize finished products. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean. Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Communicate production or equipment concerns to supervisors. Work Environment Requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting, and moving materials or equipment throughout the shift. Must be able to safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds. Why Consider Our 2nd Shift? Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) Ability to work second shift: 2:30 PM-11:30 PM, Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or related CNC controls preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. AutoCAD experience or certification Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot the machines Prior quality control experience
