Job Description

Shift Leader - Day/Closing Shifts Crumbl Cookies | Vestal, NY Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members during day and closing shifts Support the training, coaching, and development of staff Assist with scheduling, inventory, quality control, and daily operations Ensure fast, friendly service and handle customer concerns professionally Monitor key store metrics, including order speed, product availability, and customer feedback Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper equipment use Use POS systems, communication tools, and basic technology confidently Qualifications 1-2 years of leadership or management experience preferred Strong work ethic with a hands-on leadership style Team-oriented with a positive attitude and openness to feedback Commitment to excellent customer service and high standards
