Oversee financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers through innovative sales strategies. Supervise day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of team members at each location. Drive process improvements by analyzing operational workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate project management efforts for new store openings, renovations, or major initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution. Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead multiple teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
