Team Lead Akron, Ohio Hybrid Description About the Role The Team Leader provides day to day leadership and direction to a diverse team of associates who have a responsibility to deliver premium customer service within the Leasing Department of our Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company. What You'll Do Managerial duties including, but not limited to: Scheduling staff, tracking attendance / PTO, new associate access requests and IT requests Assist with Cost Reports and associate desk audits Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are achieved monthly Implementing and communicating processes, procedures and policies provided from the InnoSource Director, HR Account Manager, Department Manager, and the Client and ensure compliance Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Must possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills Must participate as an active leader, practice effective listening skills and effective collaboration skills Have the necessary leadership, judgment, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal Can assess skills, anticipate development needs, and promote learning

Requirements Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications:

High School Diploma and at least 3-5 years' experience in the related field Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Prior experience leading, mentoring and/or supervising associates in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment is preferred Demonstrated competency in the execution of projects, decision making and negotiating skills Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel Skills and Knowledge - Team Lead Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong communication skills Exhibits the basic skills of an effective team leader (ie.
