Can you consistently ensure that staff follow state regulations, agency policies, and individual care plans to provide safe, consistent, and person-centered care at all times? Are you comfortable ensuring that individuals receive respectful, person-centered support, while also leading and collaborating with a team of staff from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives to maintain a positive, inclusive work environment? Supervisors ensure teamwork, especially during challenging or high-pressure situations, to maintain consistent care for individuals. How do you typically guide and support your team to maintain high-quality care when shifts become stressful, busy, or challenging? Are you comfortable overseeing and supporting staff as they assist individuals with community activities such as events, hobbies, appointments, worship, errands, and other outings? Are you comfortable performing hands-on personal care for adults, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing, as part of your responsibilities? Supervisors are responsible for ensuring staff coverage and providing support during all shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call situations, to maintain safe, high-quality care for individuals. Are you able to meet these flexible scheduling and on-call requirements? As a supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of care and staff performance. This includes providing coaching, feedback, and following the agency's progressive discipline process when necessary. Can you handle staff performance or behavioral issues while consistently applying the agency's progressive discipline policy?Education:
