You would be assisting with coverage, training new employees, detail work, and assisting with supply orders. This position supports client sites in Columbus, Heath, Westerville, Hilliard, Obetz, and the surrounding areas. 30-40 hours weekly : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay:

$22.00 hourly You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, a valid drivers license, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks. Weekend availability on an on-call basis is required. Your schedule would be adjusted to reflect the weekend hours. Job Duties Include:

Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints promptly Supervise, train, motivate and develop team members Perform and/or arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence Disciplinary action and retraining of employees when necessary Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary Complete work tickets Send reports to Area Manager Recommendation of special project work when needed Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position Carry out supervisory responsibilities by the company's policies and applicable laws.
