Successful completion of required Certified Trainer training. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to coach, train, and positively influence others. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within the scope of the role. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and lead by example. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Obtain Ohio Department of Health Person in Charge or Food Protection Manager certification AND TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification (for ages 21+).
