- Supervise up to 15 operations within a fast-paced, highly automated can manufacturing environment
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics across all assigned production lines
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure on-time delivery targets are met
- Provide hands-on support by moving between production lines to assist team members as needed Key Requirements
- Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot highly automated systems
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing production teams
- Background in Food, Chemical, or similarly regulated industries with knowledge of GMP/FDA standards strongly preferred Additional Information
