Shift Patterns Third Shift:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Spanish or French Creole to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients. Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention. Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.
