Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate kitchen leader to join our team. As a kitchen lead, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing authentic Flipino dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation meet the highest standards. Handle and store food ingredients properly, following safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices. Contribute to menu development and suggest creative dishes and specials. Work efficiently during busy shifts and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation. Food ordering and inventory
