  • Part-time Overview Join our team as a Restaurant Shift Leader and become the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences!
In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate and guide staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain smooth food service flow. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards are met. Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality and safety regulations. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food production and supply ordering. Train new team members on food safety protocols, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications that are a plus, but not required: Experience in a supervisory or management role in a quick service restaurant Basic knowledge of food prep, cooking, and food safety standards Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash Leadership skills, including training staff and managing a small team Able to run shifts smoothly while delivering great customer service Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
