We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm when things get busy, and can take ownership of their shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who is ready for more responsibility or someone dependable who is willing to learn. What You'll Do
  • Open and/or close the restaurant according to the schedule
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion standards
  • Safely operate the commercial fryer, grill, oven, and other kitchen equipment
  • Prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen stocked and organized
  • Maintain food quality and consistency
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Clean and properly shut down kitchen equipment at closing
  • Monitor food supplies and communicate when items need to be prepared or restocked
  • Keep orders moving efficiently during busy periods
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your assigned shift
  • Assist and support other team members
  • Provide friendly customer service when needed
  • Perform other restaurant duties as necessary What We're Looking For
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning to safely operate a commercial fryer and grill
  • Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift/move kitchen supplies
  • Available for opening and/or closing shifts
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred
  • Must be legally permitted to perform all duties associated with the position

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
