We're looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can confidently lead a team during daily operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support baristas and front-of-house staff during shifts Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere Oversee opening and closing procedures Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization Ensure drinks and food are prepared consistently and correctly Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Assist with cash handling and register procedures Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Train and support new employees Help keep the team productive, organized, and motivated Follow and enforce Jabal Coffee House policies and procedures Qualifications Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable, responsible, and dependable Able to work independently and make good decisions Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Full Time flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts Growth opportunities Supportive team environment
