What You'll Do As a Team Leader, you will: Lead by example and model Chick-fil-A Toledo's ELITE values Train and coach new and existing Team Members Help maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience Complete training audits, FSA/RSA assessments, and leadership shift practices Support OneClick cleaning and operational checklists Recognize, encourage, and develop Team Members Serve as a knowledgeable resource within your business area Attend leadership meetings and development opportunities Help create a positive, unified, and high-performing team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has strong character and integrity Communicates clearly and respectfully Enjoys coaching and developing others Takes ownership and follows through Handles a fast-paced environment well Is coachable and eager to grow Holds themselves and others to high standards Cares about creating remarkable guest experiences Schedule This position averages 25-40 hours per week . Open Availability Pay Part-Time:

$14.50-$15.75/hour

Full-Time:
