Urban Air Adventure Park is looking for an energetic, dependable Team Lead to help oversee daily park operations while supporting both our attractions and café. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and creating memorable experiences for guests and team members alike. As a Team Lead, you'll help supervise daily operations, coach employees, ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, assist with food service operations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the park. What You'll Do Lead daily operations during assigned shifts Open and close the park as scheduled Supervise, coach, and motivate team members Support a positive, fun, and accountable team culture Ensure exceptional guest service throughout the park Assist with café operations including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleanliness Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained Receive and organize deliveries when needed Monitor inventory and maintain organized storage areas Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Monitor attractions, café, and equipment to ensure safe operation Train new employees on company procedures and service standards Support birthday parties, special events, and high-volume weekends Help maintain staffing, operational, and safety standards throughout each shift What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service experience preferred Previous leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and sometimes noisy environment Why Join Urban Air?
