Full Time Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role provides leadership and direction to team members across food and beverage outlets, enforcing standards, resolving issues, and acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of a manager. The Shift Lead plays a key role in fostering a positive team environment, upholding company policies, and contributing to the success of the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware for all outlets. 2. Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness. 3. Make shift report as required by the F&B Manager. 4. Responsible for communicating task or projects to team members. 5. Tracks progress and monitors team members ensuring deadlines are met. 6. Provides clarification to team members regarding practices and policies of the organization. 7. Provides on-the-job training and orientation to the department or team processes. 8. May monitor attendance and ensures attendance policy is followed by team members. 9. Minimizes breakage of circulating equipment. 10. Assumes/performs additional duties as assigned.
