Date Posted 4/15/2026 Job Title Director of Food and Beverage Job Description The Food and Beverage Director at River Oaks Golf Club is responsible for all activities in the F&B Department including: Daily F&B service including overseeing kitchen operations, FOH, togo and bar service Event operations including club events and private events Admistrative work including record keeping, reporting and member ticket management Employee management including hiring/firing, training and scheduling Working with other department heads to achieve Club operational goals Being part of the social media team marketing to members and promting private events Inventory and cost control Working with other department heads to achieve member retention goals Candidate Qualifications F&B Directors qualifications should include: 5 years of club work with minimum three years in club management Strong event operations background Strong team leadership and motivational skills Excellent proplem solving and multitasking skills Strong member service skills and knowledge Strong bar tending / training background Ability to learn Clubessential POS and back of house operations software Educational Requirements State and local certificates ABLE commision license high school diploma Industry trianing and certifications College diploma help full but not manadatory Date Position Available April 16 2026 Salary Range $70,000.00 to $99,999.00 Other Benefits Health, dental, vision Retriement plan plus matching Paid time off Meals Educational support Industry certification support Please send resumes to: Andy McCormick Owner/GM River Oaks Golf Club 10909 Clubhouse Road Edmond, OK 73013
