Position Introduction:

The Lead Custodian/Housekeeper independently delivers comprehensive custodial and housekeeping services for campus facilities while training, supervising, and supporting a team of custodians or housekeepers. This position is responsible for ensuring consistent cleanliness standards through the safe and effective use of a variety of chemicals, cleaning appliances, tools, and equipment. Duties require demonstrated competence, appropriate prior training, and strict adherence to established safety and operational procedures. Required Education and Experience:

No education required 12 months custodial experience.
