PAY RANGE

$14.00-$27.00 ALL

FULL TIME POSITIONS

Your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide supervision of the daily operations of the Travel Plaza and assist the Store/Asst. Manager as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for assisting the manager in supervising the day-to-day duties of the Travel Plaza and employees
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assume duties of the Asst. Manager when necessary.
• Coordinate breaks and lunch times.
• Maintain shift activity summary log.
• Do shift change with oncoming supervisor.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform other duties and projects as required by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills Must have very good communication and written skills and have the ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting or standing or walking for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing, and visual acuity
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs)

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal Travel Plaza environment
• Flexible hours (weekends, nights, and holidays)
