This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food, service, and hospitality. The Store Director works closely with the restaurant's Owner/Operator and Executive Leadership Team to establish goals, strengthen the culture, develop leaders, and ensure the restaurant operates at a high level. This leader will be expected to take ownership, solve problems, communicate clearly, and create an environment where Team Members can grow and succeed. Primary Responsibilities Lead and support daily restaurant operations Create a welcoming, positive environment for guests and Team Members Ensure Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality are consistently met Coach, develop, and hold leaders and Team Members accountable Identify and prepare high-performing Team Members for future leadership opportunities Help recruit, interview, onboard, and retain talented Team Members Partner with other Directors to improve restaurant performance Monitor labor, productivity, food cost, inventory, and other key business results Respond calmly and effectively to guest concerns and operational challenges Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable health and safety requirements Communicate priorities, expectations, and restaurant updates clearly Lead by example and remain actively engaged in restaurant operations Support store events, community involvement, and other restaurant initiatives Help create and execute plans for continued growth and improvement What We're Looking For Previous leadership or management experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service environment A genuine passion for serving and developing people Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with both care and accountability Confidence making decisions in a busy, fast-changing environment Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Ability to receive feedback and continually pursue personal growth Willingness to work alongside the team and lead from the front Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Basic understanding of labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant performance is preferred Must meet all physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and lifting items commonly used in restaurant operations What Success Looks Like A successful Store Director will: Build trust with Team Members and restaurant leadership Develop strong, dependable leaders Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and genuine care Consistently improve the guest experience Maintain high operational and food-safety standards Use restaurant data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions Help the restaurant achieve its sales, labor, retention, and performance goals Demonstrate Chick-fil-A's values through daily actions and leadership Why Join Our Team?
