NIGHT SHIFT LEAD

: Oversee and Ensure the Completion of the Before/After Dinner Lists (Always "Inspect What You Expect!!"), Lead your Team through a Fast-Paced but Well-Run Fast-Paced Dinner Rush, and Complete Closer List

• Must be available to work until after closing (2:00am), until Closing Shift List is Completed.) >>> SKILLS <<< Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar supervisory or leadership role Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations Commitment to excellent service Work well within a team
