A Round Table Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring team members are being developed, working together as a team, behaving professionally, providing great service to our guests and making our product with precision. In addition, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for marketing to our guests and contributing toward achieving financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment. By focusing their time against high impact shift execution responsibilities, training team members to perform the more routine job duties. If you see yourself as a leader but don't have the experience to be the manager of your own restaurant today this is where to start. You will receive tips and you must be at least 21 years of age. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register or POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for accurate order processing. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is an advantage. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team player mentality with a willingness to help others as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
