Ready to do a little bit of everything and keep the pizza magic moving? As a Team Member at Ranch Pizza, you'll be cross-trained in both front-of-house and back-of-house duties. One shift you might be greeting guests and running the counter, the next you're slinging dough and prepping pizzas. If you love variety, teamwork, and great food, this one s for you. You'll report directly to the Store Manager, and most importantly, you'll be a key player in spreading that signature Ranch hospitality. Closing shifts and weekends will be required for this position.

What You'll Be Rockin' :

Flex those shift muscles, be ready to work opening, mid, or closing shifts.

Deliver top-notch guest service with a positive attitude and Ranch hospitality.

Take orders like a pro; food, drinks, phone orders, online orders, you name it.

Explain the menu with confidence, answer questions, and help guests find their perfect slice.

Handle payments accurately and keep everything running smooth at the counter.

Prep food like a champ; salads, toppings, dough, sauces, and pizzas.

Work the line during the rush, keeping pizzas moving fast and fresh.

Follow recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods the Ranch way.

Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready for action.

Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures to meet food safety standards.

Jump between FOH and BOH as needed to support the team.

Keep dining areas, prep spaces, and the kitchen clean and dialed in.

Handle alcohol responsibly when applicable (checking IDs, changing kegs).Help open and close the restaurant, including setup and cleanup.

Be a team player, if someone needs help, you've got their back.

Bring ideas, good vibes, and a willingness to learn and improve every shift.
