Job Description

Shift lead responsible for working the front counter and ensuring completion of all required opening and closing tasks as applicableNectar Frozen Yogurt in Lake Oswego is looking for someone to be a dedicated opener on Mondays and closing three other nights per week on a set and recurring schedule - approximately 25+ hours per week. Will not work for high schoolers or for college students with constantly shifting schedules as I need consistency.

Shift lead works the front counter/dining area during business hours, managing the operations of the store and will be responsible for ensuring all opening and closing tasks are adequately completed each shift, with one other support person on a closing shift.

HEAVY focus on cleanliness of the entire store and attention to detail while the store is open and as part of closing to ensure a positive customer experience. Cash/till management, minor inventory tracking and other general tasks are required as well.

Starting hourly wage is $17.25-$18.50/hr. plus tips depending on experience. Tips average an additional $3-4/hr. in the fall/winter, moving up to an additional $7-8/hr. in the spring/summer as business greatly increases.

While food service industry is a huge plus, DEPENDABILITY and a positive, hardworking attitude are a requirement.
