We are looking for someone who wants a consistent, long-term daytime position and can help oversee the café during our busiest hours.

Schedule:

Approximately 20-25 hours per week Monday-Thursday or Monday to Friday Ideal availability: 8:30/9:00 AM-3:00/4:00 PM Responsibilities include: Helping supervise the café and barista team during daytime hours Making sure drinks and food are prepared consistently and correctly Supporting the team during our busy 10 AM-2:30 PM rush Delegating restocking, cleaning and daily tasks Keeping the café organized and running smoothly Helping with food preparation when needed Providing excellent customer service Communicating any operational or inventory issues to management We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility in a fast-paced café environment. Previous café, restaurant, hospitality or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
