- Full-time mezeh is looking for grill cooks, shift leaders, customer service staff, and prep staff to join the team and grow with the company!
what you would do:
helping to uphold companies standards and procedures to ensure consistency within the brand monitor and uphold mezeh's standard for food quality and freshness learn and enforce recipes and use of recipe book accountability for all financial matters: sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for assisting with managing weekly store inventory assisting making and tracking all store purchases promote brand through outstanding customer service, catering, community giving, events, etc.deal breakers:
able to work 20- 35 hours/week reliable transportation to and from work a legal driver's license to assist deliver caterings if needed Serve Safe Certified 1 or more years of experience in fast casual or full-service industry strong skills in: communication, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and leadership outgoing and energetic personality able to be on your feet for 6
