Crumbl Cookies of Northampton Crossings - we are looking for amazing, hardworking, and passionate people to join our team! Pay for this role ranges from $15/hr and up, depending on experience (average current earnings for this role are $15 per hour). To be a successful Shift Lead, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques. As a Shift Lead you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly. Must have High Energy, ability to stay calm in stressful situations, and amazing time management skills (we move quickly)! Working as part of a team , you will learn to blend ingredients in industrial mixers and make cookie dough, then measure and roll balls of dough, organizing them onto pans for refrigeration. You will learn to run ovens, dress and decorate cookies, take orders and box and deliver them to customers in a swift and efficient manner. And you will learn to clean each piece of equipment and each area you work in to keep an amazing environment safe, effective, and organized.
