As Kitchen Supervisor, you'll help lead our back-of-house team, ensuring consistency, quality, and a culture of teamwork while delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards. Implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes. Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level. Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently. Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment. What You'll Bring At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability. Fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques. Ability to teach, coach, and motivate a diverse workforce. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds.
