Job Summary We are seeking experienced and dynamic Shift Managers to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team toward achieving sales and operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in food management. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, and stock replenishment Manage POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering activities ensuring accuracy and security. Perform and oversee food production requirements to ensure the highest level of food quality Conduct regular inventory control checks to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain appropriate stock levels Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a positive shopping environment. Qualifications 18+ years old only Proven experience in food management or supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership skills. ServSafe Certification preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, and inventory control Experience in employee orientation, training & development, and team management. Ability to manage cash handling duties accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service. Familiarity with food service operations preferred. Demonstrated ability in shift management and administrative responsibilities.
