Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in food stands, restaurants, and snack locations at Hersheypark and associated venues Take accurate food and beverage orders, handle cash and point-of-sale transactions, and follow proper cash-handling procedures Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to company recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area, following all food safety, hygiene, and allergy awareness standards Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to supervisors to ensure uninterrupted operations Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and equipment checks Collaborate with team members to manage guest lines, resolve basic complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience Follow all safety, health, and company policies while representing the Hershey brand and Milton S.
